Equipment features
Double pressure roller standard is helpful to improve the precision of labeling. The two stage swing bar spring type clutch is added with belt brake to realize
high-speed and constant tension delivery. The super small inertia servo motor is adopted, and most of the labeling machines still use stepper motor.
Conveying mechanism: imported AC motor and frequency converter. The sticker head 8 dimensional space adjustment, can adjust the sticker angle arbitrarily, easy to paste a variety of difficult transparent label; elastic scraper, unpowered sponge roll extrusion, power sponge two times extrusion, to ensure no bubble generation； mechanical structure of the machine is strengthened rigid design,simple and stable.
